• Usage data — property addresses you submit for analysis, analysis results, what-if queries, and feature usage patterns.
• Billing data — payment method and transaction history, processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Log data — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To enforce usage limits and detect abuse
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve our models

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Clerk — authentication and session management
• Stripe — payment processing
• RentCast — property data (addresses you submit are sent to RentCast)
• Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — AI analysis (property data and financial inputs are sent to these providers)
• Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure and hosting

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and analysis history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at hello@rendore.ai. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.
