← Rendore

Built for investors
who do their homework.

Rendore cuts the spreadsheet work out of deal evaluation — so you can spend your time on the parts that actually require judgment.

What it does

Paste any property address. Rendore pulls live data — asking price, rental comps, tax records, HOA fees — and runs a full investment analysis in seconds. You get cap rate, cash-on-cash return, DSCR, monthly cash flow, and a plain-English verdict: BUY, NEGOTIATE, or PASS.

The numbers are the starting point, not the conclusion. That's why every verdict comes with a qualitative read from an AI analyst — market context, risk flags, and the one thing you most need to know before pulling the trigger.

How the AI works

Every analysis starts with a quantitative engine that calculates the metrics — no AI involved. Then those numbers are handed to one or more AI models that act as senior analysts: validating the math, adding market judgment, and flagging anything the rules can't catch.

Free / Investor

Single AI model (Claude). Fast, accurate, no fluff.

Pro / Agent

Three models — Claude, GPT, and Gemini — each analyzing independently. Their verdicts are aggregated into a consensus. Disagreement between models is surfaced as a risk signal.

Where the data comes from

Rendore pulls from multiple real estate data APIs and merges them — higher-quality sources take precedence:

  • Property recordsTax assessments, last sale price, year built, beds/baths, HOA, lot size
  • Rental compsMedian rent and percentile distribution from nearby comparable rentals
  • Valuation modelAutomated valuation when no list price is available
  • Sale compsRecently sold properties within 1 mile for price-per-sqft benchmarking
  • Active listingsLive for-sale inventory nearby, so you can spot alternatives at a glance
Philosophy

Most deal analyzers are fancy spreadsheets that give you a number and let you decide. Rendore is the opposite: it gives you a verdict and makes you challenge it. The goal isn't to replace your judgment — it's to make sure the math is right before your judgment kicks in.

We show you how every metric is calculated, what assumptions were made, and which risk flags were raised. If you disagree with a threshold, you can change it. If you think the rent estimate is off, you can override it and re-run.
